So I was just in a supermarket and this woman was serving a boomer. She asks him if he'd like a receipt and he goes "yes why wouldn't I want one?". kinda dumb. i have an interview with lunds and byerlys tomorrow and then a bank on wednesday. this past friday i had an interview at a restaurant and the fucking lady was late.

 

This is such first world problems but our old place had a water softener and I never even knew what that was growing up, one of those things you don't realize until it's no longer there, and our new place has suuuuuch hard water you can definitely tell the difference in how much dryer your skin is and it being winter right now sucks so much lol

the job post didn't say but yeah i'd be shocked and embarrassed for them if they didn't. another thing i've found annoying in my job search is a lot of managers will balk when asked what the starting pay is. but i'm not gonna tuck my shirt in and waste my time on an interview for $10 an hour.
