it's easy to forget in this world but life is very precious. it's the most precious thing there is. I know this may sound hokey but I mean it from the bottom of my heart: hug someone today, tell the ones you love that you do love them. you never know when the last time you'll be able to do that will be. I hope everyone here is well and if you're hurting like I am right now, just try to remember all the good things about the man today and don't let yourself be overcome with sadness. let this instead serve as a lesson to all of us not to take a single moment for granted because we never know when our time will come

I've been thinking/anxious about my mortality lately and I haven't been in the best headspace/health wise the past week so I appreciate this.

 

THQ Nordic keep doing huge 2/300 quid editions of their upcoming games. Destroy All Humans! has 3 editions and two of them are over 150 quid? Like I want them and someone should buy me them but jeeeez.

yeah it's hard for me to process because what happened today is tragic but he was also not a good person and it's complicated, but I understand what he meant to some people

 

I mean, I can acknowledge that and also feel sad that he and his daughter died in a freak accident.

 

Yeah I immediately thought about the accusations and stuff but also this aspect, just so fucking craxy

Like no one is gonna deny what he did was heinous or deny the other problematic elements of his character, I myself said in the RIP thread that he wasn't the best. However, the man was a very influential player in his time and he meant shit to people, it doesn't absolve him but let people grieve, this shit is still pretty fresh. Give a day or two and then blow the horns about it, damn man.
