I had mine transferred to me, and I didn't get a 'receipt' I got a transfer confirmation that I had received tickets. So I'd hope that would suffice

 

Ok I just want to say that this conversation and this forum has saved my experience lol. Good lord good thing I'm a nerd for this message board. my boss transferee to me these EGBF packages but my boss had deleted the original receipt email.

I called Adventures, and thy verified the transfer email WILL NOT work, I need that original receipt. So I had to call ticket master, they resent it to him so he can print it. The company also told me I should call back Friday just in case the package didn't transfer from his name so they can change it, because that happens with transfers sometimes. If I hadn't been paying attention to this forum, and you guys talking about VIP I'd never had known! lol

 

Good thing we here on chorus.fm aren't A-a-a-antisocial

 

True! Although now the Adventures FAQ says that their packages are non transferable. But one of their supervisors told me it's no issue, the tickets transferred, and it lists it on my tickets as the EGBF package. This is aggravating lol.

 

Great news! I'm glad you were able to get it sorted out plenty in advance.

 

Except for the conflicting reports from their call service supervisor and their FAQ lol.

"She's Out Of Her Mind" is the only song from California I really make an effort to go back to. "Bored To Death" would be up there too, but I've overplayed it.

I'm always overplaying albums I like, but even then there are just a lot of albums that last way longer.
My time with California came to an end way too soon.

For example: I almost listened (and still have it on sometimes) a year to ATL's Future Hearts, which actually isn't very different from California.

 

When I'm not listening to the album front-to-back, Cynical and She's Out of Her Mind are the only individual songs I go back to

 

Same here, although I also go to Sober and Left Alone too. I would hit up Bored to Death but I overplayed it for now.

yooo they switched out "Dysentery Gary" for "Wendy Clear" for the second LV show. cool

 

I'd prefer that. I love Dysentary Gary but I'd prefer they cut the Tom only songs

 

Wendy Clear is my favorite Enema song so i'd be fine with them playing it forever. they should've kept Dysentery though

 

Still loving just about every song on the album, honestly.

 

I am. But I feel like it's a little too vocal driven and sugary sometimes. On one hand, I wanted Blink to return to the fun poppiness of Enema of the State for nostalgia sake, but I rarely return to that album. I think this one will be similar. I think it'll gain them new fans, especially younger ones, and that's all I wanted for the band. I'll listen to it on summer night drives probably, but I think I'll stick with Untitled or "best of" mixes that I make for when I'm just feeling like listening to Blink, in general. I'm hoping the next album has the hooks of California but the "maturity" (for lack of a better word) of Untitled.
