I still haven't watched the first half of the last season and I'm loving that decision, I have so many new ones to watch now

whether it's happy crying or sad crying, I feel like I'll be sobbing at the end of this show.

These final episodes are truly going to be the end of an era. It's crazy to think that Bojack is actually one of Netflix's earlier originals (premiered in 2014, one year after the initial craze for House of Cards and Orange is the New Black... different times)

It took me a few episodes to warm up to the show. The first Princess Caroline focused episode is where I invested. The series has been brilliant, cannot wait to see what the final episodes have to say.

The show had a huge glow up from the first half of season 1 to the second half. When I first tried to watch the show, I actually only got 3 or so episodes in before I decided it probably wasn't for me. What an idiot I was lol

The first half of the first season is such a strange experience. It as if they changed creative teams.

Still standing by this. 'cause I'm like 95% that line didn't appear in the first half.

Yeah nevermind, I just looked up the script.

I still stand by it though - I'll be damned if I'm gonna be forced to change my position just 'cause it was proven wrong.

This was my experience as well. I gave it a second shot after I kept reading online that it actually picks up later in the season. Starting with the release of season 2, I binge watch the whole season every year the weekend of its release, faster than any other show I can think of.

I 100% believe the show won't end with bojack committing suicide, I think that would be a really destructive message after the journey we've had.

close to finishing up a rewatch in time for the second half of the sixth season to be released and "Free Churro" is probably the best episode of television I've ever seen.

I forgot that the fifth season just has episode after episode that all keep on hitting. "Amelia Earhart Story" was a lot more devastating than I remembered it being, then "Free Churro," and next I have "INT. SUB" and I remember that it has super wacky storytelling (through the two psychologists) but I also remember that this is when Diane forces Bojack to kinda live out what happened in New Mexico in Philbert.

INT. SUB is one of my favorite episodes of the whole series. Dolphin Flip is amazing.

I'm not huge on that one :( the humour goes a little too broad for me

although Tompkins doing hard-boiled detective dialogue... kinda does it for me ngl
