twitter/reddit have too much of a filter bias for me to really rely on as a news source. They are often the first step to hearing about a story but I prefer a non-aggregated source I can go to

BBC, hands down - BBC - Homepage

Although, for live news video, both Al Jazeera and France's "France 24" are great

Bloomberg Global News is also decent

Wasn't BBC also total shit during the UK elections? Or am I thinking of something else?

Yeah I think I heard their news specifically regarding Brexit was slanted in a certain direction, but in terms purely on events happening elsewhere around the world, where it seems like they're just purely reporting the news and not giving opinion, the BBC is great. It's the only news app I have on my phone

The Republicans are so much better at making fake scandals stick than we are at making real ones even memorable.

Biden needs to go with Stacy Abrams as VP

Maybe he could sell America one of the Tammys. but Stacy should be his target. Biden+Warren ticket makes no sense to me.

(I feel like those three should also top the short list of pretty much any candidate in the race. Maybe Warren is better off with Castro but Bernie should go with one of the Tammys, Pete should also go with Stacey and Amy isn't winning)

How is Alabama only “Leans R” this time? We barely beat an alleged child molester in 2017.
