I'm just trying to cover up that I'm the spy

Yeah, I was too young to remember, but apparently someone kissed me when I was 4 years old or so who had one (fuck that person, probably an Aunt or something) and at that time there was no good medication to treat it. It took over my mouth, part of my face, and started going down my throat. It was so bad that they thought I might suffocate because my throat was closing. My parents were also consulting a plastic surgeon as they thought my face would be severely and permanently scarred, if I survived. I was in the hospital for around two weeks, I believe. One day my father came to visit me and he was so torn up by what was happening that he called the Pediatrician crying. The doctor was at some family event, but left immediately and found a prescription drug still under trial and put me on it that night. It basically saved my life and definitely my face.

Pretty good! An electrician had to come to fix a switch that overheated so interacting with a stranger wasn’t the best, but the good news is I’m not scared of that outlet anymore aaaaand he fixed a few that haven’t worked in forever as well so it was worth the awkwardness. Now I’m just binging a bunch of horror stuff before my feee Shudder trial runs out this week.

I only really remember images. Laying in the hospital bed looking at the ceiling in agony with my face bandaged up and struggling to breathe, my Dad crying on the phone, the doctor coming in and saying we're going to try something experimental.
