I think she leaned in to talk to him instead of just doing the handshake, I don’t think it was an intentional rebuke of the shake

Dude come on, how often do we see people in politics shake hands and lean in to have a private conversation at the same time? She purposely didn’t shake it. I bet they discussed whether or not she should shake his hand during debate prep.

 

Usually if you telegraph an attack of some kind you find a way to just ... do it ... even if it's not part of the question. (Kamala, Tulsi, Amy, and even Warren and Bernie and Pete have all done it in previous debates.)
