Would be delighted if this was to happen but I doubt it. Only players we have for RW are The Ox and Feo who are both rubbish.Alexis-Ozil-Mahrez would be brilliant. Not holding my breath that it happens though.

Doesn't Rambo mostly play there these days, too?

I was trying to describe myself to someone

If Arsenal can get Ramsey playing in Wales mode, then they're going to have a very talented midfield indeed.

  4. Mahrez would be a great signing for anyone.

I'd cream my pants if Spurs somehow got him.

Honestly the hardest I've laughed at a post on here.

Also, Mahrez would be brilliant. Him, Ozil, Sanchez behind whatever striker, be it Icardi or Giroud or Lacazette, will be lethal.

That said, I'm wondering where everyone fits in.

If we presume Ramsey will play when we need to rest ozil, or may play deeper when we expect to heavily dominate, then he will get a decent number of games. Wilshere, if fit, will presumably take over the Cazorla role, who is getting older and will probably play far less this season. Then we have Coquelin, Elneny & Xhaka for the CDM role.

    ---------------- Striker--------------------
    ------------------------------------------
    --- Sanchez ---- Ozil/Rambo ---- Mahrez? ---
    ------------------------------------------
    -- Coq/Elneny/Xhaka -- Jack/Cazorla/Rambo----

Of course I could just be used to us having no players and relying on Denilson, I just worry players will tire of being on the bench.

LA is rolling nicely thus far.

I think Castillo is one of the most underrated players in MLS history. Going to a mid level Turkish team for like $3 million is selling him really short. Nevermind all the political reasons why it would be bad to go to Turkey, but I think it's a bad move for Castillo and for Dallas.

I think it's important for MLS that great talents like Castillo only leave the league if they're making obvious steps forward. Otherwise, the league needs to be keeping players like him. If I remember right too, didn't he sign a 5 year contract with Dallas like a year ago?

I think the contract was signed a couple of years ago. But completely agree, it would be a bad decision to sell Castillo unless it's a ridiculous offer. However, it looks like he might have been sold.

Gutted if it's true, and I'm guessing it won't be near the right valuation for him.

For $3m?? How? That's fucking awful business if true considering they declined a $5m offer from Club America like last year.

  10. Apparently just throw any Kamara in a Crew uni and he will score for fun.

Drogba and Giovinco are worth every cent. Same with Keane and Villa. DP rule isn't always completely nonsensical.

  12. O'Connell and Mahrez both had beautiful goals today.

So I was thinking about it, and you could field a pretty decent squad of people who have made bad platinum blonde dye decisions...

    ---------- Messi -----------
    Donovan - Ramsey* - Zardes**
    ---- Pogba -- Nainggolan ----
    ??? -- Jones -- Ramos -- Alves
    ----------- ???? ------------

    Fellaini on the bench.

    * actually looks good on him, though
** totally respect why he does it
