In all seriousness tho I don’t listen to a ton of new music per year (I listen to new to me music, but not the same thing) so my angle really isn’t “wow these albums are trash and should be these albums instead”. I honestly dgaf about ANY eoty lists lmao
But I can approach a list critically and critique how that list reflects the place we all ‘represent’
Like honestly speaking why would I want to wear a shirt that is for a website that puts NF/blink on their end of the year list and refuses to listen to the criticism about it? I wouldn’t want to.
