Omg she's bringing our Elliot out of real Elliot, like she did to our Elliot to talk with Mr. Robot

Sam somehow managed to completely mind fuck me and still perfectly tie everything together. Bravo.

My first thought when it finished was how much I can’t wait to rewatch the series.

Loved the finale. I’m sad it’s over, it truly was one of a kind.

My only problem with the end of the show is why the hell would WR put a path in the game that would completely ruin the project she worked so hard to build? Everything she worked for.. just to purposely give Elliot an option to destroy it all seemed weird.

They fucking nailed it. I'm not going to lie, for the whole first half I was terrified that I was going to hate whatever twist was inevitably coming (the thought honestly crossed my mind that the characters on the show were all characters in a novel or something when he came across the sketches lol), but it was just amazing. The best kinds of twists are those that make you view the show entirely different on rewatch, and this was easily one of the strongest ones of those I've ever seen. That ending was just absolutely beautiful too, I had chills for the last like ten minutes at least. I'm also really glad they explicitly had Darlene mention that all of the events of the show actually happened, this is one case where I would not have wanted that to be ambiguous at all.

This was probably one of the best seasons of television I've ever watched, which is not easy because I literally said the same thing after I watched 1 and after 3 aired and this one topped both of those. Easily one of my favorite shows of all time at this point, I'm going to miss not having new insane twists and amazing acting and cinematography to look forward to.

With the final season, it surpassed breaking bad as my favorite drama of all time. Near perfection.

No joke, I said to myself, 'did Mr. Robot just turn into Stranger than Fiction (the Will Ferrell movie)?'

I loved this, but couldn’t help but think that a lot of elements in the last two episodes were DIRECTLY borrowed from Lost lol.

-the flash to red explosion is just like the flash to white, and also leads to a fake parallel universe
-Elliot goes through some doors in the end to a movie theater, very similar to the church, where the other characters are waiting for him, saying we needed to let go
-the earthquakes, and elliot’s nose bleeding
    -the final eyeball shot

Of course, I’m a lost finale defender, so none of this is a bad thing to me.

god, I've teared up like three times in the last hour just thinking about Carly Chaikin's delivery of that last line.

also, full-body chills when "Krista" looked at "us" and said "I know all about them", jesus

Honestly I didn’t love the first half, the stuff with the two elliots in their apartment felt really off but the second half was wild.

I honestly don’t even know what to make of it. A lot to go through here, but Esmail is pretty incredible for having that “twist” personality very much make sense and stay true to the show. The idea that “our” Elliot wasn’t real and is gone feels fucked up, but the fact that he was created for a purpose (ridding the world of Real Elliot’s perceived evils) and he succeeded in that fulfills his duty and he should just kick back now.

    I think?

Also Chaikin was so fucking good in that episode. It’s a huge bummer she only had one scene but she killed it
