It’s a good thing he did overreact then, in the case Son would have gotten away with kicking him in the stomach if he didn’t.

“Kicking him in the stomach” makes it sound more violent than it was. He 100% pushed his foot into his body. Whether you define that as a kick or not is semantics. I’d call it more dumb than violent. Regardless, Son can’t do that and was obviously in the wrong. I understand why they gave the red but I think a yellow would have been more appropriate.

 

It was an upwards kick. It’s a very very obvious red card. You’re simply not allowed to do that.

Honestly fuck. If Ole doesn’t get the boot by the morning he’s never fucking leaving. It makes me so sad. I want more than anything for him to be a success but he’s clearly utterly out of his depth. No one knows what to do. We don’t look like we’ve had any attacking coaching all season.
