Those guys were so evenly matched just like I thought, but over time the difference in power started taking control. Damn Colby was tough though.

Joe was going off about those scores as if was completely absurd, but I don’t know. I could see any of them being correct (with 3-1 Covington being the least likely). It was close.

Joe said “How could someone give Colby all of the rounds? How could you give him the one where Usman broke his jaw?” 1) No one gave him all of the rounds, and 2) round three was most likely the one they ALL scored for Usman. I love the guy but he can be dense sometimes.

 

I haven’t been this happy after a fight in a long time. Fuck Colby Covington. Goddamn that feels good.

 

God damn i can’t remember the last time I was this happy after a main event.

 

I know it's not how judges view fights, I think, but Colby never shook Usman from what I saw. Maybe once. I feel like that's a major factor for my shitty scoring system at least.

Usman is a beast. Throws bombs. Takes a punch like it’s nothing. He’s going to be really hard to beat. I guess Jorge is next and that’ll be awesome.
