I am not sure of all the specifics but it's an involved process that requires her to register classes way early and then have her dad sign off on them and go through a whole legal thing to get tuition wavered. Because she is getting it as a dependent of his living at home, that's how it works. I told her to talk to an adviser to make sure all bases were covered but it seems pretty bleak right now.
