half way there? Got majority of the scrapping this forum logic done(and can easily extended to other threads, I wanna do it for hip hop thread as well) , next is working with Spotify API to generate the playlists. Gonna be another week or two just cause of how busy I am with work / Xmas affairs

love this, looking forward to spending some time with the ‘list’.

 

This was pitched as “snail mail w riffs” but personally I get more of a state lines / emo pop punk type vibe from it

 

So you may all think this is a rubbish idea but why don't we post our 2019 / decade lists in this thread? Would be really interesting to see what I've missed and what you've all liked. Given that I get most of my new music recs from here I think I'd find lots of new good stuff.

 

Like strictly emo and adjacent records? Could be fun!

“We started writing songs for the record about 5 years ago,” bassist and singer Dan Saraceni says, “and it took over 3 years to record, mix, and master it. Pat [Gartland, guitarist and singer] once described the band as a ‘bowling league,’ and I think really is a good description of what it’s like,” Saraceni adds. “We basically just get together when time allows and we just try to have fun and make it work at our own pace. We’ve all maintained this friendship/bond throughout.”
