I’m gonna use this time to mourn the loss of GetGlue

getglue was an app that you checked in to tv shows and movies and if you checked in while it was on tv you got a ‘sticker’ and you could literally request the stickers after you got so many. It was great. then they took away the real stickers so it sucks
Honestly it might still exist which makes this whole rant moot BUT

it’s baffling to me that there isn’t a more ..fluid? App that makes it easy to mark what you’ve watched. I believe there’s one for tv now and one for movies and I’m like no I want them on the same one damnit!!

 

Scrubs has aged badly in some ways. A lot of homophobic and sexist dialog. Still hilarious and moving and better than 99% of sitcoms though

 

Except Kelso and Cox should definitely be fired for how they treat employees

it's the most engaging hour of unlikable characters sniping insults at each other for an hour, occasionally punctuated by me going "OH SHIT" when the incredible theme song starts playing and i know the real shit is going down

i love it so much

 

Actually that doesn’t surprise me at all since we have such similar tastes. But you aren’t helping by reminding me of Succession because I KNOW. Maybe this month I can carve out the time for it. Definitely need to before it comes back.
