When I went to see Twin Peaks Fire Walk With Me with Laura there was a Q&A after with the person who plays Leland Palmer (person who plays Laura Palmer was supposed to be there but wildfire damaged her house or something and she had to miss it) and everyone in the audience was like trying to one up each other with how much insight they had on the show and show off to Leland and I was just sitting there like "this movie was great but omg I hate all of you"

 

I also tried to watch it right after Breaking Bad and another more recent show and I feel like shows are done differently these days and so it just caught me off guard and I wasn't used to the switch. Can I get some of my cool credits back since I love Twin Peaks?

Really the franchise in general is falling off pretty much since when you started watching

I dunno. I think I typically think of shows in terms of my favorites and what I like and dislike and don’t really go so far as to say that makes them good or bad
But uhhh
Some that come to mind: utopia, the good place, justified, looking for Alaska, shrill, unbelievable...

Lost was really really good but there were so many problems with it that I could never in good faith say it’s the best show ever.

Sadly I think some of the best shows are short shows and because of that they kinda disappear from my mind a little bit once they’re over.

 

Hannibal season 2 remains one of the greatest season of television ever made
