@ghostedaway it sure was. ive spent the entire day resetting for gmax raids to get one of each. Copperajah took over 100 rerolls. i have 980,000 watts lol. just need Hatterene and Alcremie, and for someone to trade me Lapras, Gengar, and Appletun

for real though, if someone wants to nab me a Lapras, Gengar, and Appletun ill grind out the Sword exclusive gmaxes for you in return

 

Holy shit lol. I did not catch it. got out after one shake lol

 

the odds are dramatically better to catch if you're the host of the raid. that's why i gave up. only gmax i ever caught off someone else's raid was Butterfree and that's an easy mode one. sick of wasting my time for an almost guaranteed fail.

i've caught every single gmax i hosted myself

 

whoever designed these spawn and catch rates is piss poor at their job, insane that players have to go through this to get the Pokemon that can partake in the one new mechanic

The stat difference isn't too drastic tbh unless you're fighting a Pokemon the same lvl as yours with the same EV training etc etc

Not to say you shouldn't try and get your 6IVs of course haha but for the purposes of raiding it's nbd

 

I’m just trying to get a perfect IV mimikyu so I can go through battle tower with one that doesn’t waste a move slot for swords dance, like the rental one lol my battle style is just straight attack, in battles like those

 

i could breed you a perfect mimikyu in a little bit

 

I don't even think I have a mimikyu at all

 

I have a few that were surprise traded to me but no female mimikyu

 

I'm a fool and noticed the "recommended" part of the pokedex last night... that's going to consume me now.

Mimikyu really doesn't need four attacking moves, ghost/fairy is great coverage. Swords dance is more useful imo
