I've only heard two of their other albums, I think they started as a grindcore act. But yeah I wasn't super into it after a first listen.

Clutch is so inconsistent but when they are point they are good.

Crazy to see a 80’s thrash metal band release something so good in 2005 at probably the peak of metalcore.

Their discog is solid. They never really stray from that sound but they do it very very well.

Some crushing shit in there.

 

Right up there with Incantation and Immolation with pretty much a perfect discography.

Seconding Realm of Chaos.

The only one that's even slightly inaccessible is their debut because it has some grind leanings and is pretty raw but really it's all great.

Ex-IWABO, good DJENT and it’s good to hear her voice again.

 

The new Cattle Decapitation songs sounded great when I saw them live this weekend. All of the other bands on the package were pretty good especially Vitriol. Sucks Full of Hell didn't play since I was mainly going to that show to see them, but all of the bands gave them props which was nice.

I listened to a podcast recently that mentioned it but it’s not the first time I have heard it. I tried doing an internet search but nothing comes up other than an article from 2017. I am inquiring, not making accusations and I’m just wondering if anyone has any more accurate information on it.
