PPV was fine. Let down by the main event but really no other complaints

eh, I think it was more they wanted to book the matches the way they did and doing that meant you can't put the men last because NXT has already won

but like, to that I argue Strong didn't really gain much from going over Nak. So could've swapped that result and then had Keith Lee actually win at the end for a huge pop.

 

B- PPV overall. No way that should have main evented if you’re not gonna bring Ronda back. Dumb.

at least WarGames was fucking dope.

Tonight’s women’s triple threat was terrible and possibly the worst match of Becky’s main roster career

 

Feels like the fans are gonna turn on Becky soon

 

They really brought Walter in to have him be first eliminated? Fucking hell.

 

So AEW scares them enough that they gave the SS win to NXT? Not complaining tho

some confounding booking but a lot of fucking fun wrestling that really gave NXT some shine, i may have enjoyed that more than Mania if we factor in pacing and i not being 4 and a half days long

There were some cool moments but ultimately it’s a ppv that means nothing

 

WWE has organically made us set the bar pretty damn low for what a good PPV is by them.

 

It's like oh I didn't contemplate ending my life at all during the show so it was a pretty good show

 

tbh i care about good wrestling 1000x more than a good angle or storyline

also as whatever as i am about Dominick, you know those spots with him and Rey meant the world to both of them last night, im sure a title match for Rey that involved Dominick is a cool ass note for the twilight years of his career

 

We don’t all agree on everything but we can all agree on fuck Corey Graves right

 

That men's SS match was so polarizing. There was so much to love about it (mainly Keith Lee coming out of the match looking like a total beast), but yet so much to hate from it (WALTER eliminated first and Riddle eliminated seconds after scoring a huge pinfall). Overall I thought the PPV was pretty decent, or by 2019 WWE standards it was a success. Cole/Dunne was match of the night for sure.

This is honestly why they should have pulled the trigger on the victory. They set up a perfect cathartic moment to a story, and then...didnt pay it off at all. Imagine Becky tapping to Charlotte in the main event of WM, or Kofi tapping to D-Bry.

Doubly crazy because RAW has a roster full of heels who could use the rub of beating the guy who beat Brock (Andrade has already had incredible matches with him, and McIntyre is sitting there waiting to do anything relevant).
