I'm still listening to the episode but Dano is doing shockingly well for a non-performer. I love that they bring in Mitch's hometown friend and Mitch is still the punching bag for most of the episode

Carl doesn't necessarily blow me away on Doughboys. He's the best on TFO, but he was pretty quiet and subdued during his live shows.

 

he doesn’t talk as much for sure but he makes me laugh way harder than most. he belongs in the trifecta, at least imo

 

Carl is top five but there’s just something about the energy of the show when Nicole and Gabrus are on that nobody else can match.

 

Nicole’s puking story in this episode alone is a top Doughboys moment lol

 

Nicole, Gabrus, Susser, Hodgman and DSOWD are probably my top 5. Eva and Fran are close too

 

Susser needs to fully come back on for an episode, it’s been since the Canter’s episode for Octdoughberblessed hasn’t it?

 

I am personally partial to both Rust and Hanford cause of how silly and goofy they are

Paul specifically is so just delightfully impish it puts a smile on my face no matter how incoherent what he’s actually saying is

 

Yeah, I still give best guest honors to Rust, but they have a really solid track record on this podcast for having great guests

 

Helps to be friends with some of the funniest people currently working in the entertainment industry lol

 

They need to get Jason Sheridan on

Rust is on the GOAT episode (Dairy Queen with Don't Stop or We'll Die) so he has to be included in the conversation. Can't stand Hodgman

 

The Wendy’s ep is still the pinnacle of this show, so Rust is in the conversation. Gabrus is probably my favorite guest specifically for the live shows.

Fran and Nangle are both really good as well and have a nice contrasting energy. It’s a good show with a lot of great recurring guests.
