Becky has delivered more top quality promos than anyone else. Still has the crowd eating out of the palm of her hands....and has done her best to deliver on feuds with Lacey (which I liked) ...she actually got a great match/program out of natalya.. and did what she could with sasha that got abruptly ended cause of brand split. And shes existing in a time that I consider ti be the worst wwe has ever been.

Saying "Becky is boring"....idk man. That seems unfair.

What else can Becky actually do?

Plus I loveeeeeeee her ability to troll and trigger men on Twitter.

 

This. Heyman gets to write and deliver his own promos on a show he runs...and they still largely come off one-note and Brock's feuds still largely suck. You literally cant create a better situation and you still get mediocrity most of the time.

This is also true for people like Corbin, who's doing exactly his job as a heel, but because they can only write stuff like "The Big Dog"...its impossible to keep heat.

Consider Seth v Becky...Becky has kept her momentum and still has the crowd behind her. Seth does not. Thats like 95% on Seth, as they've both gotten the same stuff.

 

The Brock/Rey feud has been great

That is one of the worst parts of all this... The stakes that are in place become irrelevant with all the dumb invasion angles and interference laden matches.

 

90% chance it ends with a Rey squash.

 

It's not her fault. She has the whole invincible thing going which is what made Ronda boring. Speaking of which, that's what could save the situation. Someone like Ronda/Nia etc. coming back around to be an actual threat.

 

Just finished watching Raw. Y’all motherfuckers are spoilt rotten with NXT and AEW at the moment and they’re making everything else look worse in comparison. But that Raw was not that bad at all. There have been a hell of a lot of Raws and Smackdowns that have been worse than that!

 

The KO v Drew match was good. That's really about it.

 

Becky is still entertaining but the gimmick itself has gotten a little stale. She’s just been in this holding pattern since a little before Sasha and now after Sasha. But yeah credit to her for making it work this long. Just wish they gave her more to do in terms of storylines.

 

Becky needs a proper feud. One against someone who can be a threat. Just gotta wait for Nia to come back from injury...

Some gimmicks can live on and evolve the way many past superstars' have, but most of the current gimmicks are poorly managed. Becky is a perfect example. It's just the same thing every week with no fluctuation.

I think the casual fans, especially kids love the redundancy. That's what keeps them in place so long.

 

This is Seth to a T, and he got a solid year out of it...but now the fans are turning on it. By that measure, Becky's got through about WM, where if shes not in a good angle (returning Ronda, Shayna called up, etc), I could see it going sideways on her too.

 

Whoever is in charge of getting Dark on Youtube needs to be fired immediately

They literally have the option to upload and schedule a premiere (UUDD does it for all their stuff)...I've pulled it off, so its a little sad they cant

 

But AEW Dark is already up. It went up around 7:10 CST. It premieres live at 6:00, and then it goes up in full afterwards.

Now, NWA Powerrr should have been up over an hour ago, and it’s still missing.

 

This one wasnt as bad as last week (where their pre-scheduled tweets were going up but the episode wasnt live), but it didnt hit til like 10mins after 7pm. Its just weird, there's literally the option to upload hours before and set a time to publish.

On the plus side, AEW Dark didnt feature Cornette ending his career with that racist shit
