I cracked up laughing at this, haha! To be fair, the Daisy fox is on all fours! But omg yeah I can totallly see people making the confusion

 

Sowing Season is the best BN song imo and a perfect opener.

The alternate TDAG tracklist is cool though. The idea that you start at 7, the number of God, and then end at 6, the number of the beast/Satan was a cool thematic thing that tied into the album even if it's probably bs.

Also Deja TDAG Daisy and the demos make for a great listen back to back

 

Thy song just pales in comparison to Brothers. I can barely even listen to it.

 

Handcuffs already is the perfect closer to TDAG

 

I loved Handcuffs when that record first came out, but now I find it very underwhelming.

 

It's not my favorite song on the album, but I love it as a closer

 

I kind of think it'd be cool if my version of TDAG was the one with the Luca Reprise bonus track (am i making this up or was that called mama? either way it was the demo version of luca wasn't it?) and i could call that the closer. I like handcuffs, but since I like Luca as a song more I think it's a good way to end in my head.

I've never tried the alternate track listing for TDAG. I should give that a try soon.


As far as their closers go, I love all of them, but my favorite is *probably* Play Crack The Sky, especially after seeing it live

 

that alternate tracklist just sounds like a possible headline setlist minus any other album, which is fine if far out, but not for me. I do make playlists out of setlists that i've experienced though, i think that's a fun thing to do. I love all their closers equally but I think i listen to Noro and Soco the most (noro in the context of daisy, soco in isolation)

I remember seeing it called "Mama" on the original leak. Probably just a fan title though.

 

I think it was called Mamas on early setlists.

 

I actually love the song, it just seems more concept heavy lyrically while the rest of the album feels more like personal stories. To me, at least.

 

So is Mene the second single that they said would be released in the summer?! Hope not I'm afraid that I've overplayed it and IAAN by now. I try not to but it's tough when you're craving new music and all you got is those 2 songs well and the 3 reworked demos now but yeah you get the idea.

 

Definitely better than Handcuffs. haha

I haven't seen anyone explain the alternate track list to TDAG, but you should definitely look up the reasoning for changing the order of it. Really made me want to try it out too! Or perhaps someone that's better with finding these things online can post a link here.

The version on the vinyl is different, there's incredibly loud explosions towards the end of the song, otherwise it's the same song.

 

Are you joking? Bc Jesse joked about that on the green room interview but I've never heard them.
