Friendship are playing a show here next month with Advance Base, Gia Margaret, and Ruth Garbus (who I didn't know but checked out and is the sister of the singer of tune-yards) and it's going to be a great show.

 

that's a good line-up. Gia Margaret live is breathtaking.

Indigo De Souza really came through w/ the most disappointing setlist (only one track from the record and not even one of my faves lol) but they were so good it didn’t even matter. The stuff that I’m assuming is new material is really great, especially whatever the third track they played was.

Don’t really get why Tiny Engines decides to just stay silent instead of own up to their actions.

 

Probably for legal reasons, they might be fucked moneywise and multiple artists coming out about being owed money can't be good.

 

I’d say they’re being quiet because they’ve got a massive pile of shit to dig themselves out of.

I kinda forgot about the Pendant album due to the lack of chatter about it but his tweet reminded me to take a listen to it and it is very good and worthy of your time.
