what a fuckin great match, loved these two main events they were both harder styles to pull off these days and we got a bunch of veterans who crushed it. Great job.

Thats my MOTY for sure. They built it as two guys who were willing to kill each other and who were too dangerous to sanction...and well, they delivered.

I could see them running Omega/Moxley for longer. Mox won the street fight, but can he beat Omega in just the ring?

Unless they are ready for Jericho to lose, dont think its Mox next

 

Wish they would have dragged out the MJF stuff a little longer but I get it.

That match was too violent for my tastes. And too long. Don’t really need to see attempted murder, stabbings, and hangings

 

I thought the hanging spot was cool, but the ice pick could have been left out. It didnt even really draw blood when they had Omega use it.

The glass table stuff was as cool a set of spots (and a callback at that) as Ive ever seen.

Agreed. I get there’s an audience for it (clearly evidenced by other reactions in here), but I just don’t care for that style of match. It did have it’s moments at least.

Overall, I did think the PPV was pretty solid. Not the show of the year by any means but I thoroughly enjoyed a majority of the matches. Bucks/P&P was great. Women’s title match was a pleasant surprise and Cody/Jericho exceeded my expectations.

 

I think it was a screwdriver??

 

I would be much more interested in that match than this hardcore battle, and I agree that it would be a great (and easy) story to tell.

 

Actually, the way it had a handle you're probably right...but JR called it like 5 different things

 

Not JRs best night, Schiavones absence surely was felt tonight.
