Friend of mine from HS had a chance encounter with DDP in a parking lot a couple weeks ago and now he's training her. Every story about the dude is true. Just a great guy.

 

Going to NXT Largo tonight. I had to work for the last show and I missed Nakamura so hopefully he shows up again this time. Hoping we get Samoa Joe again too.

Lethal/ Cabana II was really good. What the first one should have been.

 

NXT show tonight was alright I guess besides our main event which was Mojo Rawley/Buddy Murphy.

MOTN though was Liv Morgan/Ember Moon. Ember Moon(fka Athena) is going to be a star, she probably has one of the coolest finishers in wrestling right now, and it's so cool to see it live up close.

 

Fell in love with Kelly Klein tonight. The woman is so physically imposing. She didn't even wrestle, but seeing her wipe the floor with all of the smaller women was awesome. I really just wish WOH had more going for it.

 

So at the tapings the other day, the final 8 for the CWC were set. The next set of tapings is on August 26th, which looks to be two days after the final round of 16 match airs.

I still plan on doing a bracket for fun. Each match you get right is 1 point, most points gets something extra on whatever ppv falls after the final episode airs. I guarantee there will be ties. I don't care. I'll give it to every single person that gets a perfect bracket or ties for the most points.

For those of you who read spoilers, I'll post this so you can fill it out now. For those that don't read spoilers, I will try and remember to re-post this on August 24th, the day the final taped match in the round of 16 airs.

You were at the Arena show? On Wreddit they're saying the crowd lost their shit and loudly chanted "bullshit" at the outcome of the Jay Briscoe/Jay White match.

This type of booking is reaching a precedent where i really think they should fire Delirious as booker. I heard some people say they should let Kevin Kelly take over as he's already a member of their booking committee, but personally i'd like to see them hand over control of the book to either Steve Corino or Nigel McGuinness.

 

He got his hair forcibly shaved off by the Bullet Club for an angle.

 

That match was excellent. Really really good. Everyone lost their shit because they ran out of tv time and called it a draw. They assured everyone the match would happen again, but who knows. I certainly want to see it again.

There definitely were some shitty booking decisions going forward. I won't go into too much detail, since it is a months worth of tapings. I really would like to see any of those guys you mentioned take over. I haven't been watching ROH long, but it even feels stale since I started.

 

So what happens in CWC if they reach the 20 minute time limit?
