i think i remember learning this like a year ago and then promptly forgetting and thinking its "remember a smile" again, which will no doubt happen again

 

I don't think I'd have ever checked the lyrics for this song since I'd assumed they were clear and I knew them already! The lyric booklet DOES correctly say AND though.

 

I'm still surprised that Tom isn't actually singing "growing sideburns" in Down and instead is really saying "the glow inside burns".

-Interview is just with Alex.
-Some pretty cool behind the scenes stuff about the songwriting process.
-They talked a bit about lyric writing and Mark's depression he was going through, and how Alex wasn't feeling the same way at the time, but he was able to channel those feelings while writing because he's felt those feelings before too.
-Talked about The Cure a bit.
-Talked about "Lucy" a bit. It's the interviewer's favorite SC song and it's Alex's favorite from the first EP. Mark came into the studio with the intro riff of the song. Lucy is the producer's girlfriend's name.
-A mysterious third EP called Just Touch It showed up on the band's Wiki page. Alex doesn't know where that title came from and they're not sure why or how it got put there. But Alex said it's completely not a real thing.
-There's talk of a new EP or a full length, but they haven't cemented anything yet, but there will be more music in the future.
-All Time Low is working on a new record. Sounds like they haven't officially gone into the studio yet, but they've been writing on and off over the last year, and it sounds like they'll be going into the studio soon-ish.
-Talked a little bit about how they've taken things they've learned from SC and contributed it to Blink and ATL, such as being open to new sounds and experimentation.

 

that's the way i've always sung it, even when i'd read the lyric booklets over and over and over. i don't know the correct lyrics to many Blink songs, honestly, haha.

TMT&TS is one of my favorite vinyls I own. it’s multi-colored splatter. So yummy and the banter still holds up.

Okay I think I've just decided that I don't really like having matt in the band. I think he's a great musician but it just doesn't feel right with him in the band - on and off the stage.
