the humor I find in someone uninstalling a stat-based big RPG cuz the shooting was bad to then buy CoD. A game that rewrites history, and looks the exact same as previous entries

 

Is there a VATS -esque combat system in outer worlds?

 

yes, it slows down time if you do ADS afaik

 

It’s more similar to bullet time, but it changes/highlight certain body parts the more you upgrade.

 

For clarification, it wasn't JUST the bad shooting. It was it's repetitive nature, boring game play, and uninteresting RPG elements. I will take Witcher over this any day of the week.

Also this COD looks nothing like the last one.

-boring gameplay= a big AAA FPS releases every year, AND NOW REUSED TERRIBLE EVENTS FOR U.S. BENEFIT

outer worlds does look incredible but I hope I can still get down with that kind of gameplay
