Listening through Assorted Works now. Have been digging into this band belatedly and this is perfect to catch me up on some of the more obscure tracks. From the Crow's Nest is an absolute stunner

 

How does one respond to silence?

 

Honestly, I’d love to know what their set list is currently like on the tour they are on. Really curious how the band will sound with their current line up

 

assorted works makes me so nostalgic. this band had a crazy good run where they ran incredibly hot and i hope whatever they do next grabs me more than always foreign

Im with ya! I loved always foreign a TON. Has some of their best songs

 

Always foreign honestly feels more like a follow up to WIE than harmlessness to me

 

I'll always check out whatever this band does. how many members are involved rn? really hoping for some maximalism and layers. time to revisit AF, still think it's kinda uneven for me

 

I love Always Foreign! Was just thinking about these guys yesterday. I want an album with the daring of Harmlessness but the focus of Always Foreign. WIE is still my fav

 

Same as always foreign but minus Tyler + Dylan, but also they’ve added a guitarist. I think that makes them a 6 piece ? I’m most excited to see what the new guitarist brings in terms of sound

 

oh is this the guitar player that they were touring with when Always Foreign just released? on that mewithoutyou tour? losing Tyler and Dylan was a blow :(
