I'm at work & going straight to a junior high youth retreat this weekend, so hopefully the download links are still good Sunday afternoon. No way I'm giving Kanye money.

Definitely still pretty intrigued in this, though, tbh. I've really dug this recent streak of half-assed Kanye albums in this weird personal, emotional way that doesn't really make a ton of sense. But, a lot of the content has been tedious at times. So, if this is another one except w/ boring, safe religious lyrics, I'll actually probably dig that.

I wish Kanye found Islam instead

Yeah after 2 listens this is his worst album in my opinion. I don't think I'll ever get hyped for his music again.

I always like where Kanye's head is at sonically and that usually carries his music for me but nuh uh not this time

Two hours after listening to this and I forgot it even came out until I saw my notifications. An entirely forgettable album.

I’ve listened a handful of songs on repeat. Lyrics probably is the only complaint I have

There are some cool beats. I'm a sucker for gospel samples, and the "On God" beat of course thanks Pierre.

The religion themes don't bother me, but could it have killed Ye to pray for a better mix and mastering job? Guess he used all of his blessings getting Clipse on the same track again.

This is the first Kanye album that I haven't gone back to. I've loved every album and I'm kind of in disbelief that he thought this was worth putting out.

The Yhandi leak that I heard months ago was miles ahead of this, and I'm pretty sure those were only rough ideas.

    Yikes.

God it would have been cool if "Every Hour" went into a song that used it as the basis of the beat. What a waste.

They’ll probably release a better mixed and mastered album in a few weeks. Seems to be the theme with anything Mike Dean does when it comes to Kanye and Travis Scott.

I listened to this twice, back-to-back. That's probably enough for me.

Sadly, I could see Kanye pull off a dope gospel style album, but he fell flat here for whatever reason. It feels like he had an idea, but didn't know how to attack it. Or maybe didn't give himself enough time?

There are definitely some cool moments here. I love the outro on Selah but the lyrics are undeniably trash front to back on this entire record. And it’s not even finished. I’ll argue all day that TLOP and ye benefit from the sloppiness. This one does not. It’s a giant wtf.

Idk how to feel about this. Maybe marginally better than Ye, but I’ve not even attempted to go back and listen to that album since release. This will probably follow suit.

You forgot what you did 2 hours ago? Weird.

This reminds me of a lot of TLOP in that I wouldn’t say I dislike any of it really, but everything feels like it’s only a half fleshed out idea. Nothing really sticks out to me as particularly impressive or engaging
