That’s true. But people waited in line over night for hours and hours lol That wasn’t something I could do with work.

verses of this are very "TOOTIME" but way more tender and felt in lyrical content and delivery

    (love both though ofc)

I can always be better, so I'll always try. Supporter

The melody at the beginning of each verse is definitely reminiscent of "TOOTIME".

Didn't they say Roy Hargrove was on this? I cannot hear it for the life of me...

EDIT: Must be the part at 1:17

it’s such a tender delicate song but the instrumentation is low key super busy with all the reverby atmospheric synths and vocals and the shuffly drums

  18. Christopher Trang

Mike Stoklasa's Summary of Jurassic World

Of course. I'm not excluding the 3 minute break between songs either.

Verse melody is nearly identical to TOOTIME, but it doesn’t bother me bc it’s a dope ass melody and also bc it was likely intentional (lyrics almost feel like call backs at times). Also the line “I always get this way sometimes” :eyes:

And yet somehow it'll miraculously flow cuz this band's album sequencing is impeccable.
