I'm not much of a Blink fan and I don't think there's a single person in the office that would get the reference, but that's what I'm talking about... something that looks pretty cool with little effort.

Yes I have heard this and it's so disappointing. Ocean Avenue was maybe the first album that got me into that kind of music in 6/7 grade.

 

People being elitist about pop-punk/post-hardcore bands from the aughts in 2019 is dumb imo

A ton of people are on this site today because of bands from that era sooooo yeah.

That's totally fine and it's not really you, I just see a lot of people in the music forums that shit on bands from that era that are still putting out albums and it's like it's ok you don't have to listen to it lol.

 

I only talk to two or three people on Facebook and most of the time I’m “Ashy Larry” on there

 

guess I shouldn't have said anything at all. people are way too touchy about bad pop punk bands around here

 

I'm not a big fan of pop punk from that era at all and how people in the music forum negatively talk about it and other music makes me feel uncomfortable to talk about like anything I enjoy on here
