2009 was my last year before taking a 4 year break from Warped. Such an awesome lineup.

    I saw:

    Scary Kids Scaring Kids
    Gallows
    Silverstein
    Longway
    In This Moment
    NOFX
    Broadway Calls
    Bayside
    Senses Fail
    Alexisonfire

I was there too. The crowd for Mayday was huge also. It was so hot.

Anyone have the schedule from today? Haven't been able to find it and Reddit hasn't posted one either.

Since we are reminiscing about past Warped Tours and CIWWAF just announced a tour...

I am reading the NFG book and they have a bunch of old tour posters in it. Here are the bands on the first three lines of the Warped Tour 2007 poster.

    Bad Religion
    Tiger Army
Cute is What We Aim For
    Paramore

    Coheed and Cambria
    Killswitch Engage
    Chandos
    Underoath

    New Found Glory
    The Starting Line
    Pennywise
    Circa Survive

Crazy that CIWWAF was bigger than Paramore at one point.

2007 was my first Warped and I had the time of my life as a 16-year-old. At least four of my favorite bands were on the lineup and I didn't have many conflicts (except for my friend making me see Escape The Fate while NFG was playing, but I try to block that from my memory). I stuck around the main stage for the most part but I got to see a pretty good lineup that day.

    The Spill Canvas
    Funeral For a Friend
    Tiger Army
    Pennywise
    Coheed & Cambria
    The Matches
    Killswitch Engage
    Bayside
    The Unseen
    Bad Religion

I remember sprinting from one mainstage to the other after FFAF finished so I could get a good spot for Tiger Army.

This Sunday will be my 11th straight year attending. I'm too old for this shit.

I'm gonna try that biggest/smallest crowd puller guesses thing on each stage since I didn't get to before:

    Journeys Left Foot

Biggest: Sum 41 or Falling In Reverse

    Smallest: Reel Big Fish

    Journeys Right Foot

    Biggest: Sleeping with Sirens

    Smallest: Pepper or The Maine

    Monster North

Biggest: Motionless In White or Crown the Empire

    Smallest: Wage War

    Monster South

    Biggest: Chelsea Grin

Smallest: Coldrain or From Ashes To New

    Poseidon

Biggest: Knuckle Puck or I See Stars

    Smallest: The Heirs?

    Cyclops

Biggest: Chunk! No, Captain Chunk! or Ghost Town

    Smallest: Assuming We Survive

    Full Sail

    Biggest: Broadside

    Smallest: Reckless Serenade?

13th year in a row for me next week. Never too old.

I'll be at the 7/16 date, Merriweather Post Pavilion. Praying for no rain, a morning storm last year made the schedule a mess, but anyway here's my list:

    Must-See:
Knuckle Puck(I don't think I'll ever get sick of seeing these guys, I think it'll be my 5th time)
    Broadside

    Want to see:
    The Story so Far
    Four Year Strong
    Real Friends
    Like Pacific
    State Champs
    Emarosa

    Will see if time:
    Safe to Say
    Too Close to Touch
    New Found Glory
    Every Time I Die
    With Confidence
    The Maine

I'll probably end up seeing Sleeping with Sirens/Tonight Alive/Mayday Parade with my girlfriend unless there is a major schedule confliction.

This year was my 12th and probably my favorite Warped experience besides 2007, 2009, and 2013.

I'll be at the MD date as well! I probably won't be at the main stage too much since I spent the entire VA Beach date there. I want to see a bunch of Cyclops/Poseidon bands (Emarosa, Against The Current, Waterparks, Sykes, Knuckle Puck, Young Guns), but Broadside and Hail The Sun make me a little nervous conflict-wise.

Also this is my 9th year, but this will be my 14th Warped show since I've doubled up since 2012.

Schedule worked really well in my favor today and I ended up catching everyone I wanted to see, aside from a conflict that had me sit out Reel Big Fish.

    Pepper
    Mayday Parade
    Four Year Strong
    Teenage Bottlerocket
    We the Kings
    Real Friends
    Less Than Jake
    State Champs
Knuckle Puck (Second half of set)
    The Maine
    Sum 41
    New Found Glory
    Broadside
    Yellowcard (Second half of set)
    The Story So Far

Man Overboard is incredbly hit or miss. I saw them 6 times while they were together, twice headlining, four times as a supporting band. Their headlining sets were both a lot of fun, but their support sets are incredibly unmemorable.

As far as Worst Warped Bands of all-time goes, I've got a pretty great contender.

Going to the show today made me realize how bummed out I'm going to be about next year's lineup. There's going to be a decent amount of bands I like, but this year had a large amount of bands I love. This lineup set the bar really high for me personally.

I know how you feel. This year's lineup is so stacked. The only bands I like that could play next year would be TWY, Simple Plan, Forever Came Calling, Hawthorne Heights, and TBS. Granted I would still go but I don't know if my buddy who goes with me every year would go next year.

The 2011/13/15 rotation is pretty lame to be honest.

Exactly. Any of my first seven must-see bands this year would be number one next year if any of them were to be in the lineup

Here's a question: I have a few bands I put on my list to hopefully check out, but I'm still on the fence. Can anyone make a case for Atreyu, Bullet for My Valentine or Motionless in White to say check them out?

I mean Atreyu always kills it live, bullet has been played fairly heavy with songs from their album the poison which most would agree is a great metal album. I personally haven't seen them live since 2009.

I've seen Motionless In White once every year since 2013 and they have progressively been better and better each time I've seen them. Chris is just as good if not better with his vocals live as he is on record, Ghost (their bass player) is always super entertaining with his mannerisms and costumes.

I'm probably going to be around the Monster Stages if I go on Saturday and need to kill time. I didn't know about half the lineup last year but I found out about some really cool bands from hanging around that stage most of the day (Being As An Ocean, Hundredth, '68, Amity Affliction). Most of the bands I want to see are playing there anyway.
