I won't die on the hill of burger comparison I just love how pissed people get that In N Out burgers are just okay (and I imagine @Dog with a Blog does with Shake Shack)

It's absolutely a bit haha I've had In N Out burgers twice and wasn't impressed but I'm not gonna act like a Big Mac is better or something like that, I'm 1000% overexaggerating

 

the beer that brooklyn brewery makes exclusive for SS is very good as well.

 

Holy shit you should have seen the comments on the news articles here when it was announced we'd be getting in n out in 2020/21 when people would say it's just okay lol you'd think they said something like "throwing babies into oncoming traffic is cool"

I used to get up in arms about Whataburger so I get it

I just realized later I was blinded by nostalgia for when it was elite

I don't mind doing all the work as long as I get to lay down

Double smokeshack burger
Cheese fries

is it true that Whataburger has declined in quality? That’s what I’ve heard. Shame. Never had it

This is an extreme generalization but Coloradans do have this weird obsession with in n out which is strange for a group of people who have probably had it once

 

Yeah it's not as good as it used to be burger-wise and is dreadfully terrible fry-wise now

I can still enjoy some things there but it's a shell of its former self

Well, Arizona, Texas, California, and Nevada aren't that far away... plus I'd be excited if in-n-out announced plans to come to where I live.

 

I'm still saving a trip to Culver's for when @GrantCloud comes here but he's a coward and won't, so i'll probably never try it

 

I love that every time I go to LA, I never have the generic fast food I can get in Fresno.

Except when @ComedownMachine made me go to a McDonald’s in LA and that was the worst experience ever.
