This makes me so incredibly sad, but also thankful they’ve given us as much as they have.

I guess seeing them in February will be the last time I ever see them.

 

I imagine they’ll do a headlining tour as a farewell. I doubt they’d leave after being an opener to Thrice. They deserve it.

I wonder what this means. I have to assume a final farewell tour but this implies there’s multiple things coming. Maybe a DVD or something?

 

Please grace us with an Australian tour I need to see them just once

This forced me to grab tickets to the Thrice tour. This is a huge bummer, despite the inevitability.

The thrice tour will be my first time seeing them.

 

I heard an album by them a while ago. I’ll dive through their discography now.

 

I'm absolutely gutted by this. I didn't get into these guys until Pale Horses, and I didn't truly fall in love until last year, so I feel like I've missed out on so much.

It's a lot to process currently. As other people have said, so happy that they get to go out on their terms, but I'm still very ripped up about it.

This band means more to me than I could possibly put into words. They've been my favorite band since the first time I heard CFUTF when I was 17 years old. Aaron's lyrics changed the way I look at the world and at my faith, and their music has seen me through so many memories, good and bad. I wouldn't have met my wife if not for our mutual love of the band. I'm sad to see them go, but they had an incredible run.

 

Someone should probably check on Hayley Williams and Julien Baker right about now

 

I’m seeing them on the Thrice tour and when I see them on their inevitable final tour then I believe that will be my twentieth mewithoutYou show (sweet brag) and I feel pretty satisfied with that. Best fucking band.

 

Yeah, these finals show will be somewhere around 20 for me as well.

 

dude yeah they are like the only band where will drop anything to go to their show. The only one I absolutely could not make it to was the CFUTF tour and that one hurt
