    I do find it interesting that they posted this on the Hey Monday Facebook page which hadn't had a new entry since 2012 prior to that.

    Expanding on my original thoughts, I have no problems with artists who decide to change directions because that's what they're passionate about. However, I don't feel at all that Cassadee Pope is passionate about country music. Granted, she's done very well as a country artist, but I wouldn't mind if they released a few Hey Monday tracks for the fans. Taylor Swift has proven that country fans are willing to listen to just about anything once they've embraced an artist.
