Had a horrific migraine yesterday, had to miss work, Uber to the doctors, throw up, and sleep all day and now I feel hungover

Going to a neurologist in a few weeks. I'm sad because I was supposed to drive my grandma down to NC today and have tomorrow to see my family but now we had to postpone until tomorrow meaning I just get Monday to see family now and it really sucks.

I agreed to go out to lunch with someone today and then it morphed into them wanting to go shopping and the nearest shops are like 45 minutes away and I was like uggh cause I did a lot last weekend and then I've been working late every night and I just want to chill. So I was going to ditch out but now it's morphed into like a celebration that they got a new job so I feel too bad to ditch and basically I'm a sucker who hates everything.
