Well my wife and I are moving to be closer to my kids since my ex moved away but we haven't gotten to visit as many places as we'd like there so we're gonna be applying/moving without seeing our apt first so that's what I meant by "blindly"

I can't keep track of everyone in here as well as I'd like, so apologies haha.

My parents did that when they moved to Colorado a few years back. I technically did that for my job here, never actually met anyone in-person until my first day.

 

It's all good! Hahaha my wife did that when she moved down to Texas before we met, she just showed up with her stuff and settled in.

 

didn't need to, i've been obsessing over building a computer the last several weeks for no reason at all because that's how my brain works so now I have all this useless knowledge that I'll never do anything with because i'll never actually build one hahah

that's how i got my apartment here as well. it's a bit anxiety inducing but it'll work out just fine!

 

It's such a fun idea that turns into nothing even if you do build the computer cuz it'll most certainly be used below its abilities

 

It's hard to keep track hahaha she's moved so many more times than I have

 

if i did it i wouldn't be able to stop myself from going all out on the best CPU, GPU, RAM, installing too many RBG elements, etc and it'd end up costing about $2700-3000 because i have no concept of moderation or self-control

 

most people have moved more than I have

its the freakin weekend baby im about to enjoy a drink with friends and sleep at a reasonable hour

 

hahahah exactly i told kaitie the thing i'd like most about it is that it's like a more complicated (and expensive) puzzle and the process of putting it all together from start to finish and troubleshooting any issues and getting it all set up and working would be 100x more satisfying than anything i'd actually use it for

 

yeah but besides school I've been within like a 30 mile radius my whole life and less than that for most of it
