It’s a type of fasting I do (one meal a day/OMAD) and it helps with my really bad digesting problems I have. I deviate from it on the weekends in moderation though so I guess it’s not always so redundant.

Idk it makes it easy it doesn’t bother me to eat the same thing and that way I know I’m hitting the right nutrition every day.

 

We need it so we can easily compile and make a cookbook and make you $$$
