Need to go see this again before it leaves theaters.

 

The Hollywood Theatre here in Portland just got the 70mm for a one week run!!!

Guess I’m going a seventh time.

 

I sadly missed the 35mm in philly. hoping around Oscar time they break out some more screenings

Ok I've now seen this eight times in theaters. I think that's enough. Now I really need this to come out streaming so I can just watch it over and over and over.

 

hot damn. The most I've ever seen one movie in theaters was five.

 

The Regal unlimited pass definitely contributed to it, but even without it I think I would've paid or it five times.

 

This movie was good, and I'd watch it more than once, but do you really get enjoyment out of seeing the same 3 hour movie 8 times in the course of two months?

 

Yes.

Nowhere near TJ’s total but i went 4 times in the theatre, gets better every time

 

I think I saw TDK four times

 

Interstellar was five times for me

I saw Macgruber more than once and a fire broke out during Undercover Brother so my dad took me to see it twice

 

I saw Mission Impossible II twice (it was at a $3.25 theater up the street from me) and I saw the Dark Knight twice (i wanted to see it in IMAX)

Pretty sure that's it. There are movies I've seen like 50+ times but going to a theater to see them over and over feels weird to me.

 

Oh that reminded me, I saw No Country For Old Men (sorta) twice cuz first screening the film melted right before Josh Brolin died. So I got a free pass and saw it two days later.

 

This is a great story.

 

I saw the Wrestler four times in theaters. I was so bored the fourth time, wondering why I decided to go a fourth time.

 

Do you still like it?

 

I haven't watched it in a long time. I feel confident that it is still good, though. At the time I thought it was a masterpiece, but there are a few parts that are a too on-the-nose.

 

On the nose? Is that a bad thing cuz what I’ve seen the wrestling community at the time embraced it as very realistic.
