took WAY too long for them to get kenny out in front of the live crowd. my only real complaint with the show so far

 

I’m usually the first to roll my eyes at “exposing the business” talk, but JR to chill with pointing out “mistakes” people make (not hooking the leg, taking too much time after a big move, etc). I get that it’s just a major trope in wrestling, but he does it way too much. To a degree that it just makes everyone/the product look bad. It can absolutely be used effectively (Excalibur funny enough has always been great at it in PWG) to cover botches or other minor mistakes, but JR really needs to scale it back.

 

And then immediately cut to commercial

 

This has been more entertaining the 90% of the WWE I’ve watched this year. It’s not perfect but it’s good. Feels more like what I watched growing up.

 

Nyla losing kinda took me out of it but let’s go

 

He did this in his NJPW commentary. It's really bad. I think it was also during Double or Nothing where he kept saying during the Bucks match that the 5 second timer on tags being enforced is "more realistic"
