Googled a Japanese drink I've never heard of before to try and find out what it is and this is the translated description:

Using 60 g of vegetables including grassland greens, it is a good dietary fiber and calcium, a green soup drink to be able to consume a vegetable lactic acid bacterium. As it is water of the Mt. Alps Valley and is refreshing clear taste and sugar, sweetener nothing addition, sugar off, using four kinds of domestic grassland greens, I can continue drinking it deliciously every day.

Ahhh yes it is all clear to me now.

I got home late from the city last night and threw together the most pathetic lunch - ham, soft boiled eggs, and cheese lol.

I ate so much this weekend that I was like I need to go high protein low carbs and pack in some veggies over the next few days lol.

Its pathetic but I cant do boiled eggs esp if they are cold

 

you could always microwave them

 

these either satisfy like no other or are the driest “food” known to mankind. nothing in between.

 

I can see why they would be gross to some, but I cook them with a soft, creamy yolk like ramen eggs and I can never eat hard boiled eggs again.

EDIT: And for 70-90 calories (depending on the egg size) it's one of my favorite low carb, high protein foods. Very satisfying.
