“I’m steady, calm. I slept well, no bad dreams. I am active and engaged. I’m aware of my surroundings and those in my immediate sphere. I’m attentive. I am focused on the essentials, to the exclusion of all else. I’m unsure of the future, but I’m not concerned.”

Finally caught this last night. Really dug it. The first half was definitely more engaging for me, with all of the moon stuff a high point. The visuals were STUNNING.

Asked my brother last night if he had seen it, and he said he did and that he really hated it. He seemed to understand the why of everything he saw, but he just didn't think any of it was necessary, or he didn't seem to connect at all emotionally to it. Which fits all opinions I've seen of this really; either you really connect with it, like myself and most on here, or you don't. No middle ground

I adored this movie. Beautifully shot, wonderfully acted.

But, at the same time - if someone came to me and said they felt it inessential or boring, I would totally understand. Just a movie which felt right within my wheelhouse.

OK can someone explain the ending to me? If anyone else did what he did, they would be in prison! I do not get it? How is he walking around free?
