That Bayern thing is bizarre. That surely is going to do nothing for harmony in the squad if it's clear that Bayern players are going to get preferential treatment?

3-1 to Chelsea, penalty taken by Pedro and not Barkley :chin:

Can't even keep a clean sheet against League Two opposition lol, cannot remember a time where so many of the classic "top 6" teams have been so lacklustre all at once.

Jesus this ref is worse than us. He’s giving absolutely everything to Rochdale.

40 minutes in and Lingard has touched the ball 12 times playing at #10. What in the ever loving fuck?

These lads are playing a 16 year old in defence and taking the piss out of our attack.

    @fangclubb Prestigious

Said 16 year old just scored. Rochdale deserve to win this. They’re the better team.

Put him on the line with the ball and no players within 50 yards and I’d say he’ll miss. He’s in horrible form.

Sad for Rochdale. We don’t deserve to be in the next round.

Well, shit. How can we afford Neymar next summer with a fine like this. This is crippling and will totally stop the practice amongst all clubs going forward.

We should’ve been hit so much harder, this is such a farce.

  22. Poch’s presser today is what the fans needed.

He was very calming while admitting their problems. He’s typically very vague which is why the media always takes a quote and makes it sound like he’s leaving. But today he was very clear. He wants to be with Spurs and he wants to lead them to the next level. Said he understands the criticism and accepts it. Acknowledged that when he took over 5 years ago things were worse, but what they’ve done since then has raised expectations and now it is his job to meet those new expectations.

I still hate them. But I’m better today haha

    I do not exist.

I think the most disappointing thing about Tottenham this season is that people were pleased with the signings and that they kept Eriksen. Didn't think they'd challenge the top 2 overall, but thought they'd be closer in quality at this point.

  24. I’m still very happy with the signings. NDombele has looked good. Lo Celso has been injured. I think once those two are fully integrated into the lineup things will look much better.

Keeping Eriksen seemed nice because of his great performances early but ever since the windows closed he’s been absolute trash. I get he wants to leave and that’s fine. But please do something while you’re still here. The club tried to sell him and got no serious offers (that we know of). Maybe he’s just in a slump and it has nothing to do with leaving but everything is pointing to his situation being a problem within the squad.

I wonder if part of the problem for Spurs is that they've maybe gone as far as they can go in the short term. Their squad looks good enough to comfortably take third, but they're way off the pace of Liverpool and Man City. How do you motivate yourself for that after a season where you got to the CL final?

Also, some previously big personalities and performers seem to be missing. What the hell has happened to Dele and Dier, for instance?
