Everytime this jerkoff says "what the president and his advisers say is their business", SOMEONE there has to point out to him that, no, when a potential crime is committed, there is no privilege, and it immediately becomes the business of everyone in charge of oversight...namely, Congress.

I'd literally take Dylan Matthews over any of the dummies trying to criticize him there, at least in terms of who knows more about what they're talking about.

I've told you since at least last year that Bernie's M4A plan isn't becoming law, even if he wins the presidency.

It especially won't become law if you're also trying to pass other major legislation (i.e. a GND), because political capital gets spent up fast, and that is Matthews' point: Warren (and a lot of other candidates, TBH) can get you to universal health care coverage without spending as much political capital as would be needed to get true single payer (which is what you're advocating for), leaving more time and capital to fight for other initiatives that are also of the upmost importance.

And just incase I haven't made it clear before: I think Bernie's M4A bill as written is not a very good bill/health care system, much better ones out there exist.

You could probably search his twitter timeline to find where he actually expands on what his point is in a more (Semi) serious way.

(IIRC, I saw one of those tweets....it was basically that the results of policy fight by President Bernie and President Warren would be so extremely similar on health care that parsing the differences there and in many other areas is a waste of time. He may have even mentioned that Foreign Policy is the more important place to go to argue about their differences, considering I've seen him say similar things about the presidential debates before)
