have you ever listened to oso oso or foxing?

 

Yep...many times. I've tried to get into Foxing for years. I just can't get into either band. Not that I don't like them, but it just never sticks with me.

Actually just listened to the newest Oso Oso album in full (again) since the announcement today...Nothing.

 

I could see them being the type of band though that once I see them live, I'll be more into them. Ironically, that's how I got into Manchester Orchestra in 2009. I tried listening to them for several times that year because I knew they were opening for B***d N*W and I wanted to get familiar...didn't love them when listening (didn't hate it either) and then they blew me away live and I've been a die-hard ever since.

 

Foxing is one of the best live bands I’ve seen, and I didn’t care for their recorded material when I saw them

I can't get into Gaslight Anthem either
But love Brian's solo stuff.

 

I am happy that ppl love Brian’s music but aside from a few songs (mostly on 59 Sound) I, uh, don’t really get it

 

One of the most significant bummers of my lifetime.

 

Damn, like, I gotta sit through another Citizen set before seeing MO...

 

I genuinely dislike Citizen.

Citizen is awesome and I think their only going to get better

 

Brian = the best

 

It’s always come off as being kind of try-hardy, to me.

I remember when that first EP came out. I thought it then and have maintained that opinion ever since.

 

Their sound has changed a ton since then .. also try hardy? What does that even mean haha. I get it opinions are opinions but they’re also awesome live! Anyway, I’m happy with my tour but I would be in no way disappointed if we had citizen on our date.

 

Citizen is great, Foxing and Oso Oso are great
