Very happy with the Carlo deal. Don had a rough first year on the job but he’s done quite well since 2016

a guy like Carlo is exactly what NJ needs to play alongside Subban

if we could get 1 more legit LHD, I would absolutely love our roster

I don't watch the Jets but is really a regular 2nd liner?

    Just a friendly reminder

Looking at Winnipeg's second line center situation, I absolutely understand Laine's frustration. I hope he stays on the Jets though.

He has been playing most games with Little/Copp which are 2nd liners for sure.

I hadn't really looked at Laine's stats but man he had a pretty down year last year compared to his first two. I can see why both sides are having issues now. 50 points last year... woof.

Who are the comparables people are saying to him? Keller had 47 points last year and got 7.15 per.

The low point total is mostly from center issues and the Jets being a one-dimensional team, but he hasn't shown that he can drive his own line yet. He's a unique player because almost all his value comes from goal-scoring at an extreme level. Even Ovechkin had a lot of assists in his first few years.

I’d attribute the low point total to Laine starting the season super slow last year because he couldn’t stop playing Fortnite

Always fun beating the Hawks, even if it is preseason. Nice to see Ras pick up a goal. Kid had a pretty solid game all around.
