Love The Descent.

 

Have you seen the sequels? If so are they worth watching?

 

Probably one of the best horror movies of the last decade

 

I haven't

 

They are not

 

I love the original. I honestly do not remember much about the sequel at all.

 

While we're on the subject (apologies if this has been discussed already), what are everyone's favorite horror sequels?

 

I kinda figured prob not lol

 

Evil Dead II and Dream Warriors are the first ones that come to mind for me.

 

Halloween 2(original)
Aliens(not a horror movie though obvs)
Tremors 2 (again not really horror)

 

Oh yeah, and Evil Dead 2. Though I mean it's technically a re make.

 

Right off the top of my unpopular opinioned head, The Purge for me definitely.

 

I love Friday the 13th pt 3 lol

 

I'm watching Kristy on Netflix and this security dude is the only one I care about but he's black so he'll probably bite it.

 

Haven't seen it yet unfortunately.

forgot he had one coming out, he's one of my favorites. i'm sure it will be great.

 

Not sure anyone would be interested but these are pretty cool.

 

I mentioned it before but Tremors is one of my favorite movies and I remember seeing Tremors 2 at Blockbuster and couldn't believe they made a sequel without Kevin Bacon. But it totally holds up as an homage to B-movies and even liked the Bacon replacement alongside Fred Ward. The three other sequels not so great, even with Michael Gross.

As for good sequels...

The Invitation was frustrating. Like it was the world's most bizarre sketch dinner party on the planet and everyone but like 2 people were all "sounds legit." Nawwww I'd have been out of there way sooner wtf

 

Hellbound: Hellraiser 2

A great sequel.
