    Awesome premise.

I completely agree with this and I'm certainly not surprised that it happened. I'm just saying that I don't condone killing and it kinda frightens me that others seem perfectly content with what happened.

I didn't say that you said it was a requirement, but you said it was in the job description, which it is not. I understand that cops can get killed on the job, one can get killed doing just about anything. Having a dangerous job does not cancel out the grief that comes with losing a loved one. To suggest otherwise shows that you would rather be incendiary and provocative than actually take the issues seriously.

If you acknowledge the root of the issue, that's already more than I expect of people. Justifying murder, I mean, if you've supported any war or military action, then this shouldn't be a shock.

Yo @Richter915 ill catch you back in the blink thread. This gets a little too deep for me, plus, @Dominick 's vocabulary is super intimidating.

It's the premise that hides beneath your rhetoric. You support the killing of police officers, but are unwilling to kill police officers. Therefore, you are ok with somebody else risking their freedom (and ultimately their life) to take action on your cause by killing a police officer so that you can sit on the internet and be a tough guy.

You brought up requirements before but OK. I never said people shouldn't grieve. I just said I won't.

Do you think those grieving for these shot cops are also grieving for the recent victims of police brutality? They're all humans after all.

Dislike violence? As Frank Wilderson said, then," Give Turtle Island back to the “Savage.” Give life itself back to the Slave. Two simple sentences, fourteen simple words, and the structure of U.S. (and perhaps global) antagonisms would be dismantled."

This is the root of it. I remember asking Dom a similar question back on AP a couple of years ago and the answer I got was "I don't want to be killed".

I don't, but that could happen anyway, even if one isn't be threatening. I don't think it can be done on individual level without it being a suicide mission. It has to be done in an organized manner. This incident in Dallas doesn't elicit any compassion from me, I simply see it, as I said in the other thread, chickens coming home to roost. I've risked my freedom before. That doesn't matter, though, because I'm not going to get into a macho argument about who does what and so forth. Suffice to say, it is easy to imply cowardice when your existence isn't threatened. My question is, why aren't more white people risking their lives? Objectively, they benefit most, yet do the least in the movement or reject the movement itself.

Part of me wants these snipers to be white. Everyone's minds would collectively explode.

At what point would it become acceptable to you to use violence against an oppressive force? How many people do the police need to murder before you say "this isn't stopping on it's own, we must take action to ensure it ends"? Is there no threshold at which the status quo is unacceptable? Do cops have to mow down children? Kill thousands of people per year? Instinctively lie about and trample on your rights as an American citizen? When do you say "enough is enough"?

This is a weird and completely unnecessary post to make.

  18. I mean, I support class warfare. Police exist to protect the ruling class and they've been killing an awful lot of working class people. I don't respect what amounts to "sit back and take it." Peaceful avenues of recourse have failed over and over again and its not an accident that they have - it is built in. I refuse to be more upset over police deaths than the deaths caused by the parts of the system they directly enforce - than the death of any houseless person denied a warm spot to sleep in an empty building owned by a corporation, every prostitute who's death was deemed unimportant, every gangbanger demonized for a lifestyle created by policing policies. Nah. There are other deaths to mourn

No, I thinks it's fine to question a setting that advocates for the killing of anyone.

Err....not mine. It is probably not foremost in America's collective minds right now unfortunately, but it is a fact that historically mass shooters/terrorists are often white, and often have connections to white supremacist groups.

Then why aren't you or that other user demanding if people support killing innocent black people? All you fucking care about is the cops in this situation, not to mention it's absolutely ridiculous and unfair to pressure Jason to give his opinion on your whim. If you don't feel comfortable on this site, then you're always free to leave, but stop whining about something that shouldn't be the focus here.

Again you demonstrate how truly unserious you are about what is going on. The fact that any facet of these events would amuse you in any way (watching reactions to the discovery of a white shooter) is gross as fuck.

I've never read of anyone here supporting the killing of black people. If I did I would report it and leave as well.
