AEW Boston tickets got flooded by StubHub scam artists, no shocker there. Finally got in a half hour into sale and it was all platinum tickets. Boooo.

 

Managed to get 2nd row seats in front of hardcam for AEW Boston.

Platinum Tickets is a bullshit thing. 3 rows back from the entrance ramp was $500

 

I just realized I haven't watched fight for fallen yet... I didn't hear amazing buzz about it. Something to check out or nah, just watch all out and wait for show

I don't like Bix, but I don't disagree. I love Orange Cassidy. But any time I show someone a match he's in, I feel like I have to explain what the joke is. And even then, sometimes I start realizing "this is kinda boring". It works better on the indies and seeing him in person.

Honestly I think he'd do best in AEW in a tag team with like, someone who has Gulak's character, always arguing with eachother over differing styles.


It's part of a greater problem I potentially see with AEW where their humor is way too directed towards people who are already their fans. The Fyter Fest thing, Michael Nakazawa (but seeing Mike Tyson's reaction to him made me think their onto something...), and basically a lot of Being the Elite is not very welcoming to new viewers....

This is also why I don't find Joey Janela as a booker funny. I love his character in the ring, but Invisible Man and Invisible Stan is stupid as fuck.

 

He's seriously both of my roommate's (non-wrestling fans) favorite wrestler. I never had to explain a thing and they enjoyed every minute of him.

 

Now this I just can't comprehend. That match was so goddamn entertaining, I have no idea how anyone couldn't like it.

 

I love Janela booking alot. At least everything I've seen
