Honestly I don't expect him to say anything else, if he says he would even consider running for Senate it would kill his presidential campaign

Of course, he SHOULD just drop out

It's the same thing as Hickenlooper. He always said we was running for president, not senate. But once he decided he was dropping out he became more open to the idea and now to the point where it seems very likely he will run

With Beto, I think there is a distinct possibility that he sees himself as a front-runner for the VP spot should one of the older candidates get the nomination. And that might keep him out of a senate run.

He is young, "hip", and has sold himself as someone who can help deliver Texas. I imagine he'd get a long look.

Would Castro have any chance if he ran for senate? I don't know how popular he is in Texas

Only really makes sense for Kamala, maybe Warren. No way Biden or Bernie pick a white male VP.

Senate is such an easy answer and the coward keeps fucking it up.

I think Biden would strongly consider Beto. I don’t know that I’d put money on him being the ultimate selection, but I think Beto would definitely be on the short list and I think he knows (or believes) that.

But he should absolutely run for Senate.

These are my exact thoughts, too. Plus, he still has until December to file for the Senate seat, if I'm not mistaken.

Yep. He, Castro, Harris, Pete, and Booker are going to be on the VP shortlist for anyone else that wins the nomination. And his popularity in Texas is going to make him a VERY attractive option.

  22. yeah what baseball needs in a time where it can't get young people to watch it is definitely more at bats where the hitter is completely incompetent and has no idea what he's doing
